Submission Process of Papers

Conference ICAME-2026 welcomes authors to submit their original research papers. the submitted papers should be not published or submited anywhere. the ICAME is organizing under multiple tracks with respective publications. authors are advised by ICAME to submit their paper to only one track, submiting same paper to multiple tracks will not be considered for review. before submiting papers to conference, please read our conference policy carefully.

All papers must be submitted through Microsoft CMT System. {Download ICAME Paper Format.}
Note*: Only original research papers will be considered. Review papers and short notes will not be considered in the conference.

There are general policies regarding Submissions, Withdrawal, Plagiarism, Review, Acceptance, Registration, Presentation, Fee Refund, Certificate, Final Version Submission and Publication. For more details: Click here

The ICAME has its own paper format for initial submission. Only Papers under the conference format will be considered for further procedure. However, authors should follow respective publication guidelines and format while submitting the final paper (After the conference). All presented papers by authors should submit their final version within 8 days from the conference in the prescribed format of the respective publication.
